The staff was friendly and efficient , especially during the late-night check-in. They provided helpful information with a map, pointing out various attractions. In the morning, they offered further assistance and directions. The hotel offered free parking, a significant advantage, unlike other city center accommodations. The location is advantageous, offering easy access to the Albert Dock and the shopping areas.
I noticed the bathroom was very small , with a plastic molded shower unit. This design felt quite cramped.

The room i got was really small. there was hardly any space for luggage and moving around was tough. the bathroom was even worse. It reminded me of i was showering in a closet. the shower curtain stuck to me. it was pretty irritating.
